Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Manuscript preparation guidelines.

General infromation

Submission of an article and supplementary materials, all communication, reviews and other stages of the editorial process are carried out in the OJS electronic submission system or to the editor's email: Editor@futurity-econlaw.com if you have problems submitting through the OJS system

Only registered users will be able to submit articles for consideration by the Editorial Board. To register in the system and create a new user account please select the "Register" link in the top right corner of this page. If you already have an account – please click the "Login" link.

Author(s) and Corresponding Author Responsibilities

Each author must accept certain responsibilities. if your article has more than one author, you will need to designate corresponding author for your submission.

Corresponding author is the one individual who assumes primary responsibility for submitted manuscript, subsequent correspondence, any corrections, clarifications, and handling any other inquiries received before and after publication of an article.

Also, the authors bear full responsibility for the data they provide about themselves. Therefore, try to submit the following information as correctly as possible: first and last name according to the rules of transliteration, your position, scientific degree, place of work, department and ORCID.

 

Before Submission

Before submitting your article, please make sure that it is complete, grammatically correct, free of spelling or other errors and is in line with the Publication’s:

Make sure that your article has proper authorization to use third-party images and other material that are subject to copyright by their respective owners.

 

To complete the submission, in addition to the article itself, fill in and upload the following files (you can download them in the "Templates for submission" section):

▪ Cover Letter

In the cover letter, fill in the information in detail and put ticks and signatures in the appropriate places

Please note that Authors assume full responsibility for information validity as well as for compliance with the law and regulations, established moral and ethical norms and guidelines. Submitted materials should not use derogatory language, show signs of aggression and/or discriminate based on person’s national origin, religion, race, color, sex, disability, or age that are illegal under any of the laws and not acceptable under code of conduct; Authors assume full responsibility for expressed opinions, points of view, thoughts, results, and conclusions stated in the paper, validity of used information, accuracy of terms, names and citations.

 

After Submission

You will receive an e-mail with confirmation of successful submission. From now on the article must go through the following stages of the editorial process:

▪ Preliminarily review by the editor

▪ Double-blind peer review

▪ Preparation for Publication(If the article will be accepted)

Privacy Statement

The names and email addresses entered in the journal Futurity Economics&Law site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party. The data collected from registered and non-registered users of this journal falls within the scope of the standard functioning of peer-reviewed journals. The journal’s editorial team collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with the journal. It includes information that makes communication possible for the editorial process; it is used to inform readers about the authorship and editing of content and it enables collecting aggregated data on readership behaviors. Data that will assist in developing this publishing platform may be shared with its developer Public Knowledge Project in an anonymized and aggregated form, with appropriate exceptions such as article metrics. The data will not be sold by this journal or PKP nor will it be used for purposes other than those stated here. The authors published in this journal are responsible for the human subject data that figures in the research reported here. Those involved in editing this journal seek to be compliant with industry standards for data privacy, including the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provision for “data subject rights” that include (a) breach notification; (b) right of access; (c) the right to be forgotten; (d) data portability; and (e) privacy by design.
